Make the system work for the people in it.
- NetSuite consulting for companies whose build works on paper and not in practice.
- Bench delivery for consulting firms who need a functional or lead resource now.
- Practical AI for teams who want to know where it helps and where it doesn't.

Two kinds of people call me
The work looks different for each, so I've kept them separate.
Companies running NetSuite
You have the system. What's missing is someone who can sit between the technical build and the people using it every day — architect the solution, translate between those two groups, own the account, and keep the project moving when it stalls.
Consulting firms
Your bench is thin and the delivery date isn't moving. I take functional and lead roles on your projects — solution architecture, project management, end-user enablement — under your name or mine, including termed placements at client sites.
What I do
Four things, and they tend to overlap on any given engagement.
NetSuite consulting
Solution architecture, implementation and optimization, integration governance across the systems NetSuite touches, project leadership, and account ownership.
AI consulting
Where AI actually earns its place in your operations, and — just as often — where it doesn't. Evaluation, implementation, and getting your team comfortable enough to use it.
The Suite School
A community for NetSuite professionals who want to get better at the work. More below.
Speaking and training
Workshops, conference sessions, and team training on NetSuite, AI, and the unglamorous work of getting people to adopt a system they didn't ask for.
The short version
Six-plus years in enterprise software consulting, administration, and technology training, after a career start in industrial operations and B2B account management. I work in the gap between what a system can do and what a team will actually use.

The Suite School
Learning NetSuite from documentation is slow. Learning it next to people who do the work every day is faster. A community for consultants, admins, and in-house teams who want to be genuinely good at this.

Most of what I know, I learned in a room full of people
Teaching is not a side project for me. It is where the consulting work gets tested, and it is most of why clients and firms know who I am.
